Create a partner for each employee
In the proposed platform, an authorised administrator creates an account and personal AI work partner for each employee. The company sets their role, team, language and access to assignments and documents.
Prepare tomorrow today
The office prepares tomorrow’s assignments: customer, address, times, priority, materials, instructions and attachments. These remain available as a structured schedule in the employee’s work context.
Release at the right time
Make the schedule available to read and hear when the current workday is closed or at a chosen date and time. A draft is not yet published. There is no expectation to read or answer messages outside working hours.
Enter text, read it or listen
The entered schedule remains visible as text and can be read aloud on request. Saved audio can be reused; changed assignments receive updated text and matching new audio.
Smooth internal communication
Work messages, spoken updates and reviewable transcripts come together by employee and assignment. Only authorised office staff and managers can view, reply or redirect work. There is no always-on microphone recording.
Adjust with a clear overview
The office can change priorities and instructions. Versions, timestamps and confirmations identify changes. Received, read, listened to, confirmed and completed are separate statuses: starting audio does not prove understanding or completion.
Complete each step by voice or text
A service assignment can include a checklist. The employee says or types: “Item 3 is completed.” The partner shows the relevant item and asks for confirmation if it is ambiguous. A timestamp, comment and optional photo are attached to that item.
The office sees progress
Once received by the platform, authorised office staff immediately see the item reported as completed and can receive an internal notification. Without connectivity, the update remains marked as pending upload; the office sees it only after synchronisation.
Built around maintenance and service
For each installation, track open items, work reported complete and items awaiting checks. Problems can be reported and assigned separately. Employee-reported completion and technical verification or approval remain separate steps.
From completed work to invoicing, faster
Completed items, hours, materials used, comments and any customer confirmation can form a service report and draft invoice. Office staff check completeness, rates and approval before processing. An integration with existing invoicing software can reduce duplicate entry; reporting work completed does not automatically send an invoice.
